HOT, HOT, HOT HARA SUMMER!
Hello HARA Members and Prospective Members:
I hope this monthly communication finds you in good health and prospering!
As professionals we always have to remember that empowerment is just a short ways away. We need to look to our resources, grasp the knowledge and tools and then GO FOR IT!
This month HARA invites you to attend two fabulous events designed to enrich you with information, knowledge and networking to assist you in reaching your goals.
First off our HARA Luncheon on Wednesday, August 12th at Maggiano’s featuring REAL ESTATE ROUNDTABLES! This is going to be a great, interactive dialogue session where you will be able to sit and talk to speakers in a unique setting. We will have four current topics including:
- Accelerating the Short Sale Process – Presented by Wachovia
- The Future of MLS – Presented by MLS Listings
- Demystifying the Home Valuations Code of Conduct “HVCC”-
- Getting Your REO Offer Accepted – Presented by Richard Gonzalez, RW Broker
Remember to post the luncheon information on your Facebook status and you will get 1 complimentary raffle ticket! Register Today as this is sure to be a sell out, Members are only $23.00 in advance and Guests $25.00 in advance, all walk-ins pay $30.00. You are going to leave the luncheon with a full belly of cuisine courtesy of Maggiano’s and an overload of important industry knowledge!
Secondly, HARA is hosting its first “Funtastic” Mixer and Membership Drive to benefit the community of Mendota and National Hispanic University. A portion of the proceeds from these events will go to support education. Mark your calendars for Thursday, August 20th and join us at Megabyte’s from 5:30 to 9:30 for networking and a special tribute to the musical legacy of Michael Jackson. We will have two of the best DJ’s in the bay spinning that evening beginning with our very own President-Elect, the ever so famous Richard G! Cost is only $15.00 in advance, $20.00 at the door and includes a nice dinner.

HARA members represent professionals who understand that there is no sliding scale when it comes to integrity. You either have it or you don’t! Viva HARA Members and Viva Sonia Sotomayor, the La Primera Latina to be confirmed as a Supreme Court Justice! This will long be a Summer to Remember!!
